Within the Contiguous United States
Smaller items in the catalog will be shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground.
Larger and heavier items are almost exclusively shipped by a company that specializes in furniture delivery (see below). Your order is shipped directly to the location you specify. Shipping on every purchase you make is FREE! (On furniture purchases you save $300- $1200 and even more on larger purchases)
Outside the Contiguous United States
Normal shipping charges would not apply. We would provide a shipping quote for each shipment. Each customer would be responsible for the freight charges and any other charges, such as duties and taxes.
Magnolia Hall can ship to a U.S. agent who would be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and signing for the product in our customers behalf. This would conclude the purchase and Magnolia Hall’s liability for any damage that may occur afterward. Each international customer would then be responsible for making their own shipping arrangements from the U.S. to their location.
Sun Delivery "White Glove" Statement
Sun Delivery is an expert in "white-glove" home delivery throughout the United States. We provide these premium services to the largest retailers and manufacturers nationwide. Our specialty is in home delivery of furniture. Sun Delivery carries all liability insurance necessary to conduct an inside delivery.
* Sun Delivery will ask the customer to clear the area between the entryway and the room(s) in which they would like the furniture placed, as well as, the room itself be cleared out prior to our arrival. We also ask the customer to measure the pathways, stairways, etc. to make sure the furniture they have ordered can be easily placed into the location they choose. We require 3" of clearance on all sides of the furniture in order to make the placement without risk of damage to the customers home or furniture. This is communicated to the customer during the confirmation with the customer.
"White-Glove" Home Delivery Services Include:
- Scheduled delivery appointment with customer
- Trained and uniformed delivery teams
- Pre-delivery inspection (except bed rails)
- The shipment will be brought into the home, unpacked and set up in your room of choice (Includes up to 45 minutes of minor assembly) *
- Up or down 1 flight of stairs.
- Sun Delivery is not / cannot attach mirrors, pictures or chandeliers to walls or ceilings.
- The placement of shelves is the customer's responsibility.

How it Works:
If your new furniture covered by this Limited Product Warranty becomes accidentally stained or damaged during normal residential use, and you cannot correct the stain or damage using the provided products and/or procedures, we'll clean, repair or replace the affected portion or the complete item with the same or a similar item with a retail purchase price up to the original purchase price of the affected item.

- $1501 to $2499: $199.95
- $2500 to $25,000: FREE ($299.95 value)

If you don’t use this service, you will receive a Magnolia Hall credit for the cost of the plan or its value to be applied toward the purchase of new furniture.
This plan is inclusive of the manufacturer's warranty; it does not replace the manufacturer's warranty, but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. Losses covered by the manufacturer during the manufacturer's warranty period are not covered under this plan and are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
