Standard Delivery by Truck: Charges are based on the total cost of your order and the appropriate shipping methods. Any local restrictions or limitations that incur unforeseen additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Standard delivery will insure that your furniture is put under cover. Standard delivery charges DO NOT include inside delivery and setup.

White Glove Service provides premium delivery by Sun Delivery Inc. (see below for description of service offered). This includes setup for items delivered by truck line and is available for an additional charge of $175.00 per shipment NOW FREE!

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADD FUEL SURCHARGES. Please check with us when placing your order. No charges will be added after order is processed unless purchaser and seller agree upon charges.

Sun Delivery "White Glove" Statement.

Sun Delivery is an expert in "white-glove" home delivery throughout the United States. We provide these premium services to the largest retailers and manufacturers nationwide. Our specialty is in home delivery of furniture. Sun Delivery carries all liability insurance necessary to conduct an inside delivery.

"White-Glove" Home Delivery Services Include:

• Scheduled delivery appointment with customer
• Trained and uniformed delivery teams
• Pre-delivery inspection (except bed rails)
• The shipment will be brought into the home, unpacked and set up in your room of choice
  (Includes up to 45 minutes of minor assembly) *
• Up or down 1 flight of stairs.

* Sun Delivery will ask the customer to clear the area between the entryway and the room(s) in which they would like the furniture placed, as well as, the room itself be cleared out prior to our arrival. We also ask the customer to measure the pathways, stairways, etc. to make sure the furniture they have ordered can be easily placed into the location they choose. We require 3" of clearance on all sides of the furniture in order to make the placement without risk of damage to the customers home or furniture. This is communicated to the customer during the confirmation with the customer.

Some Exceptions:

• Sun Delivery is not / cannot attach mirrors, pictures or chandeliers to walls or ceilings.
• The placement of shelves is the customer's responsibility.
