It was a very enjoyable 2010! We appreciate your allowing us to assist you in your decorating needs. We are continuing to show new collections, such as the Louis 16th, with its linear design, and the Heirloom collection, featuring European styling at its best. Our latest introduction is the Bella collection. This features Italian-influenced living rooms, such as the Naples Room, and the Genoa Parlor (see below).
We are making every effort to keep you up to date with what we are finding at the furniture markets. We will usually attend two to three markets a year. These do not always coincide with our catalog releases. So, our email updates and the website is a tremendously valuable avenue for us to show you the latest finds. We appreciate any suggestions that you have to help us serve you in a better way.
We like being a small company that can stay in touch with each customer. We have a staff of four, which enables us to give you personal service that will make your buying experience enjoyable. We have dealt with companies that “grew” much larger, and in the process we became a number instead of an individual. We want you to feel as if you are our only customer. Let me introduce our staff.

I go to the furniture markets to search for new items for Magnolia Hall. I also work with some talented individuals to create the catalogs and website that are our “showroom” for the Romantic furniture and accessories that we find. Let us know what you think of our presentation. We are striving to make them convenient and easy to use.

Having been with Magnolia Hall over 30 years, one of my primary interests is to use my experience in locating furniture lines that would be of interest to our customers; even providing options for items that we may not be currently showing. I work with the manufacturers with orders that have been placed to get these shipped in the best time and method possible. As the next step, I work with shipping companies to transport the furniture safely to our customer’s desired location. We know that this part of your purchase is very important and we feel we have in place a solid transport team.

My specialty is handling fabric requests, which I send free of charge. I will usually supply you with a picture of the fabric, to show the pattern, and a swatch for color match. I know it is important for you to see the actual fabric so you can see if our romantic furniture find will become your furniture find. Let me know if you have any suggestions that will help me assist you better.
Michelle
I am the newest member of Magnolia Hall, but I have years of experience in design and decorating. I also have a great deal of experience in fabric design, having owned my own specialty lamp shade company.I am proud to be part of the staff at Magnolia Hall. I understand that everybody’s taste is different, but if I can assist you with design ideas I will be happy to help.
