This ensemble is a celebration of the rich colors and complex patterns found in the grand Victorian homes. An array of gorgeous fabrics and supple leather are used in this delightful collection. The hand-carved frames of the sofa and chairs are kiln-dried hardwood with double-doweled, corner blocked construction. Coils in the seats are 10-way hand-tied and are supported by a solid web base with steel strap bands. Cushions are manufactured with a high density inner foam core, surrounded by a blend of fiber, feather and down for the ultimate in softness. A decorative nailhead trim is used on all upholstered pieces. The fabrics used in the upholstery of this collection have been selected for both beauty and durability. The leather is top grain and naturally distressed. Here is a seating group with the appearance of fine furniture made long ago but magnificently preserved. This group is only available as shown.
