Park Lane Grandfather Clock

Antique Cherry finish on selected hardwoods and veneers accentuate the beautiful shape and carvings of this everlasting design. The multi-tiered base features carvings on the corners, which frame the book matched olive ash burl veneer and complementing shell and leaf overlay.

The polished brass finished dial comes with raised brass Arabic numerals, etched corner spandrels and a crystal glass center design. The astrological moving moon dial has pierced stars allowing a light to shine through the stars and center crystal of the dial.

The brass rod lyre pendulum features a 10 5/8" (270mm) disk with a crystal inset. The case back is mirrored and an additional light mounted in the case bottom not only reflects off the mirrored back but also the center crystal of the pendulum. Frosted glass softens the illumination.

The bottom locking door and door glass is serpentine in shape, which adds an unstated beauty and elegance to this timepiece. The upper locking door and side movement access panels come with beveled glass.

A cable-driven triple chime movement, which plays Westminster, St Michael and Whittington tunes can be silenced at night with an automatic night shut-off option. A free engraved brass plate is available with this clock.
